What chibifurs does is this:

At a time when no one else is on, set the money upon sign up ridiculously high. Sign up several bank accounts and when you are done signing them up, put the money back down to your normal level. Then, when ever someone needs money (or in our case, buys credits), we send them over the appropriate amount in a donation.

as for removal, we just stick with the database.
