Where do I go to make my site?

Pretty much asking it in my title... slightly confused as to where I go...

I downloaded the first plug-in, but I'm just curious as to wear I go make my site before I continue.

You will need to get a hosting package for an apache server/PHP 5.3.x, and upload the script to your server. Then you will need to run the installer script and follow the instruction, its easy to set up.

Where do I get that? Is there someone who could help me through this step by step? Because I'm really, really confused, but I would love to use this script.

I believe there are tutorials here teaching you how to set up a Mys site. Its really quite simple, assuming you have a hosting account/server.
