the adoptable click link is leading to http://magicvalley.x10.mx/levelup/x instead of http://magicvalley.x10.mx/levelup/click/x on my site.

This is weird, are you sure you have not modified the levelup.php file at any point?

no, i installed it clean and edited no files except for /lang files.
