Strict Standards --- Need help, pre launch!

Try what I did, not what you did (in the AdminCP).
This:

$this->division = new Division($component);

Not:

$this->division = new Division(GUIComponent $component);

It doesn't need to be declared there. Above that it does, but not in the function itself.
