Just posting to say that this is still a huge problem.
I'm only able to connect now from my phone after pacing around my house for a signal, and that barely worked. For HoF, is it possible to send me a zip of my files and database backup? (From phpMyAdmin it's possible to download the database as a zip)
That way I won't lose all of my files. I think I'll have to halt production for now until I can get a new host.
