Forum Install and Adopt deletion

Trying to install myBB and whenever I go to the installation address, I get this error:

I thought it might be the config permissions, but I checked and they're all there.

Also, I'm trying to delete some adopts using the admin CP, but it doesn't actually delete them. Where would they be in the file manager? Can I delete them from there?
