Adoption Center always empty

I only have one adoptable on my site right now since I'm trying to work on the cosmetic stuff and features first. When go to the adoption center page, it always says:

Invalid Action Specified
There is not an adoptable available at this point, please come back later.

I tried completely deleting the adoptable and adding it again, but the center always says that message. Am I missing something? Adoptables can be obtained through an adoptshop just fine from the market page.

From the sound of it, you don't have an adoptable that's available for free. If you're always putting shop names and prices in the fields, then nothing will show up on that page. If I'm not understanding you, please try rephrasing.

I tried that too, but they still won't show up.

You've tried leaving the shop and price field empty?

Shop Settings: Should be left blank, change nothing.

Adoptable Conditions
When can this adoptable be adopted? : Should be "Always Available"
