Any tips for writing a TOS?
I've been reading a variety of TOS on other sites, and I'm trying to get advice now as there are some things I don't want to do, yet make sure I'm covered legally. Many TOS are written to cover every kind of mishap, and written with a negative slant. While I know one has to cover oneself legally, can anyone give tips on how to do this without also coming across like a jerk? Any recommendations on some TOS I should view, provided you don't mind me incorporating some of that into my own (I'll try to change it up, and I have some ideas of what I do want to include for my own stuff, like absolute copyright over my own art).
