If you go to my site (pgfxadopt.comoj.com) and look at any picture with a link (Featured Adoptable, TOS, etc...) you'll see it has a border about 5 px. How do I get rid of that?

<img src="your.image.location" border="0" alt="" title="" />

Putting a border="0" into your image code will remove any unwanted borders. You may also want alt and title tags to be more compliant.
