Default Adoptable Size

I need some feed back I started making some cats like this.

But now I have changed my mind about the size. How big is to big for a adoptable?

I like the design of that, it wouldn't work as well smaller though.

You should take a look at other adoptable sites and see the sizes they use (a good list of them is available on my home page @ http://x.end-day.net/virtual-pets/ )

I can't seem to see the list.

I was thinking of keeping it around that size maybe maybe smaller for babies. Right know I'm working on some test images to see how small I can get with out losing the style.

Well some sites have really large ones (Unicreatures has huge final forms for some of the pets) others stick with the standard Pokemon sized sprites.

You'll just have to see how it works.

I want to make sure there signature friendly cause I know some forums have max height rules. I most likely not aim any bigger this but maybe bigger then pokemon sprite size.
