Via the file manager, you can't do this with the admin panel.
If you give me the text that must be there, I can do it for you ;)

Btw; do you play on VA?

hmmw which files is it that you edit the information?
I'd let you do it, but I don't know what text I want changing yet :L

and then do you click edit? because I wnet on document root for adopt.php and i can't see the same text that comes up when you click on my site adopts :S

You need to edit lang.php then ;)
The text must be there inside.
