Default Passwords

Is there any way i could edit the register and login pages to where it doesn't check for the md5 form of the password? It's rather confusing when I'm looking at the database, and if it's possible to remove it, i'l just have current members PM me about their password on the forum i have set up.

Default RE: Passwords

Removing the MD5 hash from passwords is NOT a good idea as any breach of your database security, either through a security hole, problem at your web host, etc would allow an attacker to see all of your users' passwords. The MD5 is there for security, so there's really no good reason to remove it.
