EDIT: I'm an idiot >.> I realised what I did wrong >.> I will need to edit my post and attachment D: Edit the file "chibi-blue-template.html" and find: <link href="chibi-blue-css.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> change it to: <link href="/templates/chibi-blue/chibi-blue-css.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /> *facepalm* Or you can re-download the attachment now (I attached the fixed one  )
