I have a question

I want to create a web adoptable and use images, for example, pokemon, there is a problem with copyrigth?

how do I indicate that the images are of the pokemon company?

You could do one of the following to disclaim Copyright:

POKÉMON AND RELATED CHARACTERS © NINTENDO.
THIS IS A NONPROFIT FAN SITE. NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED.

- as seen on MissingNO TCG

Or

Pokémon, creature sprites, item sprites, world, and other related information is all ©Copyright 1995-2011 Nintendo and GameFreak.

- as seen on my site team DARKEN

Make sure you link to the Nintendo site and Pokemon site, it'll be good for you. :3

By non profit does that mean you can't us ads? What if ads cover server costs is that still non profit? Take it further does feeding myself and buying things with ad revenue I make, as I am running the site and need to be happy to do so lol, from sites using other works count as non profit.

Just some interesting questions I always ponder. My thought is to do it till they tell you otherwise lol.

At the bottom of each template file (in the templates folder and under the specific theme name) you'll find this block of text:

Only things required are the Script Credit and my site credit (please send to http://tequilacorbly.me for now, I'll fix them later!) if Sessions Street or Celestic are mentioned. :3

You will need to edit the site files to change the actual footer of the website! Depending on what server host you have, I can help you out further when it comes to editing the footer, :)
