Change adopt.php text?

As stated in the title how do I change the adopt.php text? I already looked through the threads, with the search as well. Please excuse me if this question is already asked. I looked through at least 10 pages of search and couldn't find anything. :(

I tried looking through the PHP file and couldn't find anything to change. :/

The text for the adopt.php file is in the language file.

What does that mean?

You should reload that file and start from scratch. Then only edit text inside quotes. ;)
