I did everything in your TUT heres my config and i got an email saying they finished:(
$dbhost = '';//mysql5.000webhost.com
$dbuser = '';//a1190902_******

The details have to be between the quotations:

$dbhost = 'mysql5.000webhost.com';//
$dbuser = 'a1190902_******';//
$dbpass = '******';//

$auser = '******';//
$apass = '******';//

Have you uploaded all files? Or.. Have you visited the www.yoursite.com/install/ or whatever it was?
