Question
When mysida v1.3.0 is out will we be-able to update current sites with the new version?
Each time there is an update, the script comes with an updatable version and instructions on how to update. For the future, please keep as many questions as possible in one thread - less going back and forth when people may be able to answer all of them.
Well upgrading from old versions to new versions is always possible since Mys v 1.1.0, the problem do arise if you happen to have a highly customized sites with several Mods installed. You should be fine if you have never modified your script files or database structure from Phpmyadmin.

Okay, but what if I used a money script, or other smaller mods, would it be fine then? (I konw it may not work if I have lots but I want to know if having a few scripts will affect using a new script :P)
Sorry for double post, but will you be able to update from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0 (Just to confirm :P)
The current script has had a money mod in it for ages.
There is always an update script - it would be pointless otherwise. |
