Help please!

Well, this is it. I downloaded the script, edited the "config" thing with words and then I uploaded all files from the adoptable-folder via 000webhost.
This is what it turned out to:

Fail?
Help is needed.

Looks like you only uploaded the files in the main directory, and not the sub-directories too.
