Hi, Im Mattalien, and i have made this mod for people who want to make the levels of their adoptables go higher:
The files included are:
leveler.php
makeadoptable.php
newadoptable.php
levelup.php
Just so you know, the changing levels in the admin panel doesn't work, so you have to manually do it in the file inc/levels.php

Edit: hmmmmmm..
it seems to come up with this error...
