You can add literally anything ...rewards, pets for pets, toys, jewels .. and this is for 1.3.4 but it might work for 1.3.3 ?
I'd say try it carefully!
If you mess with where it's set out as a .png file expected, I bet you can use .gif too for animated goodies!
