Character creator

I'm hoping someone can help me with making a plain character creator? I'm wanting people to be able to register and create a character at the same time where they pic a male/female user image then, eyes, hair, outfit, etc. I also want to be able to add outfits in game as items for sell that can be equipped if purchased.

I know there is the dynamic image mod but I tried installing it twice and no luck lol. I did get working a gallery character selector, where you have a gallery for the user to choose what they want to look like. But I really want the creator X'D gah.
