Looking For Help With Website Theme!

I'm looking for someone who can help me design a website theme for my adopts site!

I'm not looking for something complicated, I just want something appealing to the eyes and has the colors I would like! I'll design the art for the banner and stuff, but I do not know any coding or how I can change it, so I thought I should look for someone who can help me with this c:

Do you want it based off of the main mysidia theme, or something brand spankin' new all around?

I may have the time to make one this weekend. I'd just need to know colors and whether or not you want it based on the mysidia theme (which I recommend just because it might look better with all of the table widths/etc).
