(I hope this is posted in the right place and is worded right - after the site opens, I'll definitely need to hire a community manager too)

Hello! I am in search of staff and co-owners for my in development game “Auratus Ghoti”, an in-development fish sim where the player is in control of a school of goldfish whose main goal is to please the gods through battling, breeding, and exploring their new pond.

Right now, I am the artist and writer for the game, but sadly, my coding skills leave a lot to be desired.

Features that I have planned are:

- Infinity Pack/Account Upgrade

- Currency – Primary, Premium, and rare tertiarty

- World Map

- Breeding with markings and possibly with mutations to discourage inbreeding

- Turn based Combat, PvP and PvNPC

- Crafting

- Exploration

- Monthly Events

- Apparel, including apparel that affects stats

- 13 Main breeds with hybrids of each

- NPCs that run the shops

- Mini Games to earn site currency

- An auction or trading system for players

In order to offset costs/support the site financially, I plan on using google adsense or something similar (not completely relying on people buying premium currency and upgrades because I don't completely like the pay to win feel of some games I've played)

Staff that I need right now will be:

Coder/Developer

CSS/Web Design

Unfortunately, right now, the positions are not paid (but when the site is up and running, they definitely will be), but I want the people who take those positions to be co-owners in the game (we can work out how much share in the game everyone wants. I want everyone to benefit from it). Contact through skype is preferred. Staff must be at least 18 years old.

My Tumblr ('http://auratusghoti.tumblr.com'), Forum ('http://www.auratusghoti.com/forum'), and VPL Thread ('http://www.virtualpetlist.com/threads/auratus-ghoti-development-thread.27547/') have some of the artwork that I have created for the site, as well as other things about it.

Feel free to contact me here on the forums with a resume and sample of your work.

Thank you!

If you'd consider taking under 18s I'd definitely consider applying.

I have lots of experience with web design and html coding, and I am OK with css. :)
