Well, if you can give me a sketch, I can estimate how much time it would take. Mikiheart had a point - the theme itself is rather easy, its testing it that's time-consuming.
Give me the sketch and I'll have a thought - I'm fine with twenty, but I wouldn't turn down more. xD When do you need it by? And do you have any examples of sites you really liked a certain element or look about them, so I can try and get a feel of what you really like?
