I don't really have the time or enough skill to really help you. I would be happy to host you free though.

And in my opinion I don't think you will earn with the premium upgrades. people like free things and your site would have to be damn good if worth money. I think you should just monetize right with ad networks and offer the premium stuff to dedicated members. Like those that partake in forums and have certain level adoptables.
