Newbie who really beadly needs help!

Hi im Poppymoon,I signed up yesterday and downloaded the scrikpt.Now im confused how to find a site where you can get a free sub domain that supports php and upload it.All of the site I have tried don't work,they either ask for personal info,confuse me,or the phpadmin isn't working,on a couple sites when I try to upload the script it says theis:
