css problem when you're not logged in...

when you are'nt logged in,the login thingy is not in the menu and all,but when you log in,the theme is neat and clean :/ is it normal? that was the css of ipengu ^^

Check functions.php there are two sections for the "SIDEBAR" on for not logged in and another somewhat below for logged in. Both need changed it seems.
