forum codes not working?

Im still a bit confused but it seems that I replace the admuploadpic.php files and then in phpadmin I need to change every url with '../' and delete just that?

so

http://www.pokebox.99webs.info/../picuploads/gif/0

becomes

http://www.pokebox.99webs.info/picuploads/gif/0

and

../picuploads/gif/016fea3b97c8ab02011e789da344a433

becomes

picuploads/gif/016fea3b97c8ab02011e789da344a433
