000webhost will work I just set one up for someone on that hosting last week.

I did run into the problem of localhost not working for the db location.

I had to use 'mysql5.000webhost.com' instead of 'localhost'.

I can't say for sure that mysql5.000webhost.com will be yours but if you look around it will tell you what to use.
