if it is the www problem then put this in your htacces
then you always get redirected to WWW if you like it or not :D (to prevent it from happening again) Code:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^YourSite.com$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.yourSite.com/$1 [R=301]
