Domain name change?

With mysidiahost right now I do not believe there is a way to use a domain name, so you would likely have to use a different host and transfer over.

A redirect simply makes it so if a user goes to "example.com" then it redirects them to "redirect.com." So if you have a redirect set up for your site on mysidiahost you can, I believe, have it redirect to the new domain. This won't help with transferring data or anything, though.
