I need to convert this template

Hi everybody, i want to change the appearance of MyAdopt site but i don't know how...i tried but don't work, can anyone help me please? This is the template: http://www.freecsstemplates.org/preview/bamboo

If you want to convert this template for me, i really thank you for it.

or a mini-tutorial/instructions please.

(Im spanish, my english is horrible :/)
