GD broke? (Answered)

Thanks Brandon, the GD was being picky about how much transparent space I had on the image, made a few different versions and finally found one that it liked.

What is the size of the image you are using? Sometimes extra white or transparent space can affect the GD output. Try making more or less white space and see if that helps.
