Already LEveled but haven't

Just upgraded (still upgrading) manually from 1.2 to 1.3 and it says we've already leveled up adopts even though we haven't. Ideas?

Well you are bounded to have issues if you try to upgrade from Mys v1.2 to v1.3 manually, but anyway glad you aint receiving any fatal errors. XD

Let's check if your database tables prefix.adoptables and prefix.adoptables_condition match with each other in terms of adoptables ID, otherwise you will have all kinds of errors. Let's say a dragon has ID 5 in prefix.adoptables, its ID should be 5 in the table prefix.adoptables_conditions. Similarly check ID consistency in users tables, there should be five tables storing users information and all uids should match.

umm is your table prefix.vote_voters matching the structure it is supposed to be in Mys v1.3.x? I made some changes to this table in Mys v1.3.0, so its worth attention.
