Some Help Please

Okay so i really, really, really stink at this code stuff >.<
I copied anded pasted the SQL Part of the file in the right place (i think)
Now i don't know what to do. Do i upload just the Adoptable file or what? And where would i upload it to?

Try uploading the .zip file (the zippped folder you downloaded) then your CP should have an "unpack" option. Then update the inc/config.php file with the correct info. Try that, then let's see how it goes. :)

Next step is to upload the files. You can either do as killgore suggested or use a program like fireftp to upload all the files via FTP to your site. Then you would edit your config.php file accordingly with your site / database info.
